  Silo Body:

The silo body diameter is to be 12'-13.5' diameter and is to be fabricated from carbon steel plate, which are to be 100% welded. The side walls extend down to enclose the cone and are bolted or welded to the support frame. The walls are further supported for rigidity and roundness with 3" channels. The silo body may be provided with or without insulation.

  Silo Cone:

The cone is fabricated from thick abrasion resistant material with a slope o 60 degrees and an outlet of 24"-30" diameter. The cone is 100% welded to the silo body and further strengthened by 1/2" thick gussets. The cone may be provided with or without oil heating/insulation. Includes dual clam gates, fabricated from abrasion resistant material, independently driven by two 5" diameter air cylinders.

  Support Frame:

The support legs are to be fabricated from 10"-18" heavy duty steel beams, which will be welded or bolted to the silo. Includes 3/4" thick support pads and 5" x 5" x 3/8" angle bracing.

  Upper Deck:

The upper deck is to be covered with floor plate which is to be supported by 6" channels. Includes enclosed handrails.

  Gob Hopper:

The Gob hopper/Batcher is to be 4,000# - 8,000# capacity, with a single or dual clam gate(s), operated by bore air cylinder(s), which allows dumping a slug of material periodically to prevent segregation.

  Mix Level Indicators:

Silo is to be furnished with high and low level bindicators.

  Running Gear:

Running gear is to be 5" diameter axles, wheels and tires, with goose neck, standard king pin, air brakes, spring suspension, mud flaps and tail lighting.
