Hot Mix Bucket Elevators

  Frame:

The frame is to be fabricated from heavy duty formed plate, with angle stiffeners for added rigidity.

  Head Sprocket:

The head sprocket is to be segmental type for easy installation and replacement, with 3-7/16" - 4-15/16" shaft sizes.

  Tail Sprocket:

The tail sprocket is to be segmental type for easy installation and replacement, with 3-7/16" - 3-15/16" shaft sizes.

  Elevator Buckets:

Elevator buckets are heavy duty mill type, wear resistant, long lasting.

  Drive Assembly:

The conveyor is to be driven by a TEFC 1750 RPM electric motor and shaft mount speed reducer. A belt and pulley drive system is used to drive the sprocket and chain. The shaft is mounted on heavy duty spherical roller bearings.

  Conveyor Chain:

The conveyor chain is a 4"-6" pitch roller chain with wear resistant components.

  Enclosed Ladder:

The ladder is to be located along the side of the conveyor, welded to the conveyor housing.

  Service Platform:

A service platform is provided at the top of the elevator, enclosing the head section, with handrails 360 degrees around.
